Chef Richard Sandoval is proud to present Viva Abejas, meaning “long live bees” in Spanish, celebrating the Earth and the significance of bees to the food cycle.
One in every three bites of food depends on bees for pollination. Nearly one-third of all honeybees in the United States have died in the last few years. It's our goal to spread awareness on the importance of bees to our food system.
Join us from March 21 - April 23 2023 and enjoy bee-centric and plant-based food & beverage specials, including our Charred Pear & Avocado Salad & Margarita Flores.
Proceeds from the Viva Abejas campaign from participating RSH restaurants around the globe will be donated to the World Bee Project. To learn more about the Viva Abejas initiative, other participating Richard Sandoval restaurants, the artwork behind the campaign and more, click the link below.
